VALUE BACK PLAYER PROGRAMME

Terms & Conditions

1. You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions when you sign up for HollywoodPoker's Value Back Player Programme.
   
   
2. Participation in the Value Back Player Programme is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the programme. HollywoodPoker reserves the right to modify, add or delete Value back Player Programme rules at any time with or without notice. However, HollywoodPoker will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all circumstances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general Terms and Conditions and the other Value Back Player Programme pages on a regular basis in order to determine if HollywoodPoker has amended the provision.
   
   
3. Membership and benefits of HollywoodPoker's Value Back Player Programme are provided at the sole discretion of HollywoodPoker.
   
   
4. HollywoodPoker reserves the right to terminate or amend Value Back Player Programme membership and benefits at any time and at its sole discretion.
   
   
5. Failure to adhere to Value Back Player Programme rules or any abuse of the programme may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated Player Points as well as Value Back Cash.
   
   
6. HollywoodPoker retains the sole right to interpret and apply the Value back Player Programme rules.
   
   
7. Value Back Player Programme membership is offered at the discretion of HollywoodPoker. HollywoodPoker may deny membership to any applicant in which case any appeal or review of the denial shall not be entertained.
   
   
8. The Value Back Player Programme is only available to players with personal HollywoodPoker accounts. No HollywoodPoker account is to be shared by 2 or more players.
   
   
9. Value Back Player Programme membership will be automatically cancelled if a charge back was made under the specific HollywoodPoker account.
   
   
10. To be able to receive cash back under the VBPP, a minimum of $25 in earnings must be achieved in a specific VBPP account before funds can be released to a HollywoodPoker account. Any balance will be tracked month to month and released to the player's account in the month following when the minimum payout requirement has been met. The maximum percentage of value back is 40% of rake contributed. Cash back is deposited directly into the player's HollywoodPoker account on or before the 10th business day of the month.
    
    
11. Players under any Value or Cash Back Programme who do not access their account and either (i) enter a tournament with a cash entry fee via the Gaming Services or (ii) play a raked hand via the Gaming Services, within a period of ninety (90) days will be considered "ineligible."
    
    
12. Ineligible accounts will be reset and will lose special programme status and value or cash back programme incentives. These accounts will have standard account privileges and promotional programme access.
    
    
13. Players who wish to close their VBPP accounts must send an account cancellation request to support@hollywoodpoker.com or contact our customer support via live chat. Upon VBPP account cancellation, any points earned under the programme will be transferred to ClubHollywoodPoker points. There is no loss of value or points to the player making this request.
