   You can check your Player Points earnings in the 'My Account' page.
   
   
4. How do I maintain my level?
   You can maintain your level by accumulating the stipulated Player Point requirements for each level.
   
   
5. What happens when I don't earn enough Player Points for the month?
   If you do not earn enough Player Points to maintain your current level, you drop to a lower corresponding level. For example, if you are currently a Platinum Medalist, but you only earn 2900 Player Points the following month, you become a Gold Medalist.
   
   
6. What is Walk Of Fame status?
   Walk of Fame (WOF) status is an Annual Recognition Programme for players who earn more than 12,000 Player Points a year. This programme provides players with an increased level of rewards and value back.
   
   
7. How do I maintain Walk of Fame status?
   To maintain Walk of Fame level players must earn at least 1,000 points per month. Players failing to maintain the minimum Player Points requirement may lose Walk Of Fame status.
   
   
8. Do I have to wait a whole year to get to the Walk Of Fame status?
   No, as soon as you attain 12,000 points within a 12 month period you attain Walk Of Fame status.
   
   
9. When and how do I get paid through the Value Back Player Programme?
   Your Cash Back is paid on or before the 10th business day of the month directly into your 'My Account'. You are paid Cash Back for your previous month's earnings.
   
   
10. Can I earn a bonus while on the Value Back Player Programme?
    Player Points earned while on a bonus will not count towards Cash Back rewards.
    
    
11. Do I get paid for my first month on the Value Back Player Programme?
    A player may opt in for the Value Back Player Programme at any time and will receive the appropriate amount of cash back in the next monthly payment cycle. Note- Player Points earned while on a bonus will not count towards the Value Back Player Programme.

    The minimum payout is $25. Payouts are made once per month.

    No there is no cash back limit. However, the maximum percentage of value back is 40% of rake contributed.
    
    
16. What happens if my VBPP account does not reach $25 in a month?
    Cashback value is carried forward to the new month and paid out when the minimum payout is achieved.
    
    
17. Does any cashback balance count in the new month's points calculation?
    No, points and their corresponding cash back amount are calculated in the month they are achieved only.
    
    
18. When will I receive my monthly cash back?
    Cash back is deposited directly into your HollywoodPoker account on or before the 10th business day of the month.
    
    
19. How do I cancel my VBPP account?
    Should you wish to cancel your VBPP account, you must send an account cancellation request to support@hollywoodpoker.com or contact our customer support via live chat.
    
    
20. If I cancel my VBPP account, what will happen to my points and cash balance?
    Upon VBPP account cancellation, any points earned under the programme will be transferred to ClubHollywoodPoker points. All cash balances will be converted back to points and transferred. There is no loss to the player during this process.
    
    
21. What happens if I do not enter a tournament with a cash entry fee or play a raked hand via HollywoodPoker's services within 90 days?
    Your account will be considered ineligible.

    When your account becomes ineligible, you lose special programme status and value or cash back programme incentives.

    Yes, all special programme privileges will be lost. However, you will be eligible to participate in any current promotional programmes or offers.

    You can participate in any current programme or promotions on the 1st day of the calendar month following your removal from a programme.
