1. I got disconnected / kicked out - what did I do wrong?
If you got kicked out, it may mean that your Internet connection to our server broke down for some reason. In the web client, just reload the game in your browser to get back. You should automatically be taken back to your table. If you get disconnected during a tournament game, you will be put on autopilot. The computer will play for you until you come back. Its playing strategy is simple: check until someone bets, then fold. Just click on the "I'm back"-button to turn off the autopilot.
2. What should I do if I lose my connection and get kicked out of a tournament?
Try to log back on again as soon as possible. You will still be seated at your table and will be check/folded until you return.
3. My tournament table froze and I can't sit back into the game!
This is not uncommon when you are timed out and your session has expired. The important thing is to rejoin the tournament as fast as you can. Quickly close the game window (table) and restart the lobby (game client). You can then rejoin the tournament while our system checks/folds your hands for you. You do not lose anything except the blinds when it's your turn to post them.
