You simply sign up then login and play our java-based games through your web browser.
3. Do I have to deposit money to play?
No, when you sign up you will automatically get a play-money account that you can use to play against other play-money players. This service is absolutely free. We do not, however, offer multi-table tournaments for play-money players.
4. Help! What can I do if I don’t know how to play?
In our Poker School you will find lots of information on how to play. Rules, tips and strategy guides are easily available.
5. I clicked on "Raise". Why were my cards folded?!
You could have been timed-out of a hand. It is not uncommon that players sometimes experience lags from their Internet provider, and you do not see your turn coming to you until it is actually over.
It is unlikely that our system will automatically check/fold a player's hands otherwise. However, we will be happy to investigate the incident further for you if you can provide us the hand number or a specific date and time, with the description of your pocket and board cards.
6. How can I cash out my money if I deposited with an American credit/debit card?
There are still many options. You can request a check to be sent to you, by post or by courier. You can also set up a NETELLER account so that you can withdraw your winnings to your NETELLER account, and transfer the money to your bank from there. All withdrawal requests can be done online from our Cashout page.
7. Poker terminology confuses me. Where can I go to learn the lingo?
To someone unfamiliar with the game, listening to a bunch of poker players talk during a game can be like hearing a foreign language. To help you get a grasp of poker language we've compiled a handy glossary that includes all the most-used terms, as well as some more obscure ones.
