1. How Do I contact the player support staff?

2. Why can't I login to the My Account page?
You need to have "cookies" enabled in your browser in order to be able to login to My Account and edit your personal information.
If you are using Internet Explorer, please follow this: 1. Click on "Tools" under your Internet Explorer menu bar. 2. Select "Internet Options". 3. Go to the "Privacy" page. 4. Slide the slider down to "Accept all cookies". Then, click "Apply" and "OK".
3. How do I login as another player if I am auto-logged in to the website?
You will have to remove "auto-login" as the original user in order for a different user to login to the site or the games. Here's how:
1. Go to www.hollywoodpoker.com and let the system auto-login the original user. 2. Click on "Log Out" on the top left hand corner of the page. 3. Un-check the box beside "Auto Login" and/or "Remember Nickname", and log in as usual to your own account. 4. The next time you access the site, you will be asked for your nickname and password.
