How Moneybookers works - in 7 steps:

Step 1: First, you need to open your Moneybookers account. Simply click on the 'Register' link on the Moneybooks website and follow the instructions.

Step 2: Please click on the link found in your confirmation email to verify your email address.

Step 3: If you want to fund your Moneybookers account via bank transfer or credit/debit card go to: 'My Account' > 'upload funds' > choose your preferred payment method.

Step 4: Send money to anyone with an email address! You only need the email (= worldwide account number) of the recipient and sufficient funds in your account to execute the payment.

Step 5: Visit the Shopping Directory to find out which websites accept Moneybookers as a payment option. Follow the instructions on the merchant's website to complete your payment.

Step 6: You can at any time withdraw the available balance from your account. Just go to: 'My Account' > 'withdraw funds' > follow the instructions.

Step 7: Your account history records all your account movements: receive money, send money, shopping transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
