1. What are abusive votes? How do they work?
Players in play-money ring games can vote off an abusive player by casting "abusive votes". This is a way of letting players "police" the tables themselves when they feel there is a need to do so.
A player who receives 60-70% of abusive votes or more from the rest at the table will be removed. You can cast a vote by clicking on the avatar and selecting "vote off table". To prevent this function from being abused, each player is only allowed to cast three votes within a day.
2. What can I do if a player at the table is abusive?
You can choose to "mute" this player by clicking on his/her avatar and selecting "mute". You will then filter out whatever the player types in the table chat and not see them. If most of the players present feel that the abusive player is causing too much nuisance, you can also vote him off the table.
3. What languages may I use to chat at the tables?
English is the only allowed language.
4. May I play with more than one account? Just for play-money?
For security reasons, we allow only one HollywoodPoker account per player and one real-money account per household. You can play for both real-money and play-money with the same account, hence there is no need to create more that one.
5. Why was my chat privileges revoked without my acknowledgment?
HollywoodPoker reserves the right to revoke any player's chat privileges at our sole discretion, without notification.
