1. May I play with more than one account? Just for play-money?
For security reasons, we allow only one Hollywood Poker account per player and one real-money account per household. You can play for both real-money and play-money with the same account, hence there is no need to create more than one.
2. How can I pass money to another player?
Due to security reasons, we do not transfer money, credits or points between accounts. What we may suggest at this stage is that you cashout the amount and transfer it by other means to the other person. Also, please be reminded that passing chips across the table by deliberately losing to a player is considered a serious offence at Hollywood Poker. We apologize for any inconvenience in this matter.
3. How can I see the transactions going in and out of my account?
You can check your transaction history for deposits, cashouts, and any bonuses that you have received from the Transactions page, under My Account.
4. How do I change my email address or personal details?
You can change your email address or personal details online under Personal Settings on My Account page.
5. What's the difference between a Play Money and Real Money account?
The major difference, obviously, is that with a Play Money account, you're playing with imaginary money; with a Real Money account, you're playing with real cash. So the stakes are higher. But there are other differences, too. A Real Money account entitles you to privileges - such as playing with celebrities and entry into Real Money Tournaments - that are not available to Play Money players.
