The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue today began a seven-day public-comment period on draft temporary regulations that would establish procedures for the administration and distribution of all net slot machine revenue under the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development and Gaming Act. The comment period on the regulations ends May 12, 2006.
The proposed temporary regulations and the final temporary regulations will be available for public inspection on the department's Web site.
