 Hip-Hop Hold’Em, is a new weekly television show by Czar Entertainment, Premo Pictures and IMG Media. The show is to focus on Hip-Hop starts competing in poker tournament challenges.
Tone Boots, Executive Producer of Premo Pictures says “Over 60 million Americans play poker at least once a month, and a growing amount of young adults are driving this new trend…We believe that fusing poker with the elements of celebrity lifestyles and music will bring our viewers a fresh spin on the poker phenomenon.”
The show is scheduled to run for one hour and debuts nationally on October 6th. There will be 5 celebrities from music, sports, movies and fashion, all competing in a game of “No Limit Texas Hold’Em.” There will also be a behind-the-scenes tour of celebrity players’ homes. The show will blend poker with the style of Hip-Hop.
