I've been playing online poker for five years and table poker since the tender age of eight. I've never had so much fun and excitement with this game that I love, until I joined the Hollywood Poker team. I'm so excited to be playing against some very well known competitors. I love the concept of the common woman and/or man and celebrities playing together. I am looking forward to playing some strong competition in the WPT Bellagio Celebrity Shootout December 3rd.

I would like to take this chance to give a big thank you to you and Hollywood Poker. I am thoroughly impressed by the polo shirt and hat. I am even more impressed in the speed that I received it. Having only won last week, having it in my mail today was a real shock. While winning gear on other sites, I have never had customer service get something like this to me in any real speed. Usually the standard 8 weeks was common, but your team has gone out of their way. Having only been a member of Hollywood Poker for a short time, this type of response (as well as some of the customer service I have seen) has made Hollywood the top of my list. Also, I would like to say that seeing real live Hollywood Poker representatives in the chat nightly to answer questions as well as monitor activities is very professional. I really believe a lot of other sites could really learn by your model and professionalism.

I found out about Hollywood Poker in a rather strange way. I was at my local movie store and I had picked up a copy of a poker movie. Standing beside me was another guy who had grabbed the same movie and we started to talk about Texas Hold’em. He had asked me if I ever tried online poker. At the time I never had. Then he asked if I saw his picture in the local newspaper where there was an article about him winning a tourney online. Apparently, he was on his way to L.A. to compete in the WPT Celebrity Shootout Tourney. He had told me that he had won his trip and buy-in online at Hollywood Poker. He told me next time I’m online to go and check it out. So I did and that was 6 months ago. I've been a member of Hollywood Poker for about 6 months now and have enjoyed every moment on here (except for some of the bad beats that I've received - but that's poker.) I've tried out other sites but swear that this is the only true poker site online that offers you great ring games and a great selection of tournaments. I truly enjoy being able to play tourneys with celebrities sitting beside you and not being afraid to talk to you. I enjoy many of the players on here. They are very nice and always say ‘hi’ when I log on and say hello. The support staff is always very helpful and very nice to talk to. I try and get all of my buddies and friends to come on here if they want to try online poker and they all say this is the best pure poker site online has to offer. Hats off to Hollywood Poker and all staff, Celebrities, and players. You've all made my time on here worth every penny. Here's to you and many years to come.

I have been playing online poker for approximately two years. Hollywood Poker has the best graphics out there! The online atmosphere is awesome and makes one feel like they are at a casino playing with the big timers! Keep up the great work and I look forward to playing on here for years to come.

Just wanted to post a note to all the people who work with the support emails. I've had some minor issues in my time at Hollywood Poker. Every time I've emailed support the person responding to it has been extremely prompt and courteous and has offered a resolution to the issue. Not to mention any names, but other poker sites have lost my business entirely because of the terrible customer support I experienced. I am truly appreciative of the support staff here at Hollywood Poker. Thanks. |

I originally played on another site but found the players here at Hollywood Poker friendly, exciting and very fun to play with. I especially like the idea of meeting and playing with Celebrities, Hollywood Poker Calendar Girls, musicians, professionals, executives, and just plain folks like me - many of whom I have made online friendships with. I also find that the support is extremely helpful and always courteous.
