James Woods recently played at the WPT event in Mashantucket, Connecticut. This year the tournament reached new heights of popularity, attracting 674 players and establishing a place in history as the fourth largest tournament of $10K No Limit Texas Hold'em to date.
The tournament ran from 0ctober 25th to November 17th, with the $10,000 no limit Texas Hold'em Championship beginning on November 13th. Featuring thousands of the world's top professional and amateur poker players competing under one roof, the winner of the $10,000 Texas Hold'em Championship tournament didn't only get the prize money, but a $25,000 seat at the World Poker Tour Championship at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. James played an excellent game, placing just outside the money.
