The 2006 World Series Of Poker has come to a close, and Jamie Gold has won the main event, taking a gold bracelet and $12,000,000. One of the most amazing facets of this year's WSOP was the amount of no-name winners, and the early loss of many of the big names in the poker world. Many of the events were capped by virtual newcomers, or vets who hadn't seen much success in the past. This is great, of course, but it underlines the liquid nature of poker - and the fact that even skill can only get you so far. If your luck isn't there - it just isn't there.
Hollywood Poker had a full ensemble at the 2006 WSOP. We sent 8 players, one of which (Brittani Simberg) took part in the Ladies Event as part of the Hollywood Poker Diamonds team, which included Anne Heche, Mena Suvari, Kelly Hu, Ricki Lake, Jean Smart, Victoria Pratt, and the lovely Mimi Rogers. Even our very own Vince Van Patten had a go at the tables, and the Poker Coach was milling around the casino as well.

All our Hollywood Poker models almost fit into the car.
Remember to sign up for the 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 contest (girls not included).
We would like to thank all the Hollywood Poker players, staff, and celebrities for making our presence at the 2006 World Series Of Poker possible, and we look forward to seeing you all next year.
