SWEEPSTAKES INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY & SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED & EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, & OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES & POSSESSIONS) & AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous US states & District of Columbia (excluding residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other U.S. territories & possessions), 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents & representatives of Browning Auto Group ("Sponsor"), Hollywood Poker™, & each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, wholesalers, distributors, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion  & agencies, (collectively, "Released Parties"), & members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters & spouse, regardless of where they reside) & household members of each such individual whether or not related are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, & local laws & regulations. How to Enter: 1) Visit http://www.hollywoodpoker.com/green-room/poker-events/world-series-of-poker/ between 12:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 7/26/06 & 11:59:59PM ET on 12/31/06 ("Promotion Period") & fully complete & submit the Dodge Charger Sweepstakes with Hollywood Poker online entry form according to the instructions provided. The use of any device to automate the online entry process is prohibited & all such entries are void. 2) OR Visit the Hollywood Poker booth at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, or other Hollywood Poker events, and complete the entry from at the booth between 12:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 7/27/06 & 11:59:59PM ET on 7/31/06 (“WSOP Event Period”) & fully complete & submit the Dodge Charger Sweepstakes with Hollywood Poker online entry form according to the instructions provided.  Limit one (1) online entry per person & per valid email and home address during the entire Promotion Period. Additional entries submitted from any one (1) person or one (1) email or home address thereafter will be void. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Your entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes & your consent for Released Parties to obtain, use, & transfer your name, address & other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, inaccurate, stolen, postage-due, delayed, undelivered or mutilated entries or mail; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from Sweepstakes participation; typographical, printing or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other problems or errors of any kind whether computer, network, mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, in the processing of entries, in the selection or announcement of the winner or in the awarding of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant (& void any & all associated entries) who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is in violation of these Official Rules.

Grand Prize: One (1) 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $43,505. All federal, state & local taxes as well as any other costs & expenses associated with acceptance & use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation , license and shipping charges (if any) from Los Angeles CA, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner Selection: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 01/9/07 from among all eligible entries received by 12/31/06 11:59:59PM ET, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final & binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail. If an online entrant is randomly selected, prize will be awarded to the person named on the applicable online entry form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said online entry form was submitted) subject to verification of eligibility & compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. If potential winner does not wish to accept the prize, prize will be forfeited &, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential winner will be required to execute & return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, such documents are not returned fully-executed within the specified time period, or potential winner is otherwise not in compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules, potential winner will be disqualified & an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & agree that: 1) Released Parties & their designees & assigns shall have the right & permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification & 2) Released Parties & their designees & assigns shall have no liability & will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or prize activity related there to the participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry & to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes &, in the event of termination or suspension at its discretion, select winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination or suspension.
