Well, folks. Here we are and Dad finally made his decision and bought his ticket last night. He is an alternate; still guaranteed a seat but has to wait until a whole bunch of people bust out before he can actually take one. Supposedly this happens fairly quickly, even with $10,000 chip stacks. I don't have time for a full entry right now, but wanted to throw out an update. Hopefully I won't have time to get back to a computer until about 3am tomorrow : ) I realize that I've made references to both Dad and a biography I wrote and many of you may not have actually seen it. Hopefully a few more things make sense now. Please send Pops luck and aces.
