It is 2 am here in Vegas, and I’m completely spent. However, here is a very brief
update so I don't keep you guys hanging. Dad hit a very unlucky streak at the beginning of the day. He got very few cards, missed flops when he did play, or didn’t get calls if he had something decent. Short-stacked for hours, he somehow miraculously survived until day 3. He has about $15,000 in chips, so he's going to have to double up soon and often, but he is
only 300 busts away from the money. With a field of 8,773, I think that's pretty spectacular. I had a crazy day yesterday which you guys are definitely going to want to hear about. I'll tempt you with a tiny teaser: Amarillo Slim. Nope. That's all you get. I’m Going to try and play in another $1000 No Limit tomorrow, Event #40, so I have to get down to the Rio early to be there when they release more seats. I’m Sorry I don’t have more for you tonight.
