Drivers don't just start out in the IndyCar Series or Indy 500 - they earn their way up, through talent, enthusiasm, and unbridled perseverance. Athletes in the Indy Racing League's Indy Pro Series work to achieve this goal, pushing the limits of their vehicles at nearly 200mph.
The Indy Pro Series is the premiere development program for Indy drivers, teams, and sponsors. The 2006 12-race schedule includes both oval tracks and road courses, taking place at some of the most famous tracks in the world, including Nashville, Kentucky, Infineon, and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The 2006 season opens at the Homestead-Miami Speedway on March 26, and all the Indy Pro Series events will be broadcast on ESPN2. For a complete schedule, you can visit our Indy Pro Series 2006 Schedule page. |
