Indy Pro Racing is something that runs in Michael Crawford’s veins. He has been involved with the Indy Racing League since it’s inception in 1995. Today the Mequon, Wis. native is one of the up-and-coming figures in the auto racing industry.
In 1995 Crawford began his two-year-stint working for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company’s IndyCar Series program. He then managed the public relations department for Kelley Racing and then for PDM Racing. His big break came during the 2003 Indy season when he was appointed team manager for Sam Schmidt Motorsports and helped construct a championship-winning team in the 2004 season.
Crawford is now on his own, he purchased an Indy Pro Series car and has enlisted the services of rookie driver Troy Hanson to steer his new car to the victory lane. In addition to cutting his teeth in the Indy racing world, Troy may look familiar from his work as a host on Spike TV's Super2NRtv. Hollywood Poker is excited to have the opportunity to work with Troy Hanson and the rest of the Michael Crawford Motorsports team by sponsoring the #9 Hollywood Poker / Michael Crawford Motorsports car. You can catch Troy debuting the #9 Hollywood Poker / Michael Crawford Motorsports car at the Miami 100 on Sunday, March 26th at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. |
