Hot Sexy HollywoodPoker Girl Laura Leigh talks about starring in ABC's smash hit Reality show True Beauty!

HollywoodPoker is beaming with pride as sultry siren Laura Leigh kickstarts a new and exciting journey into reality TV stardom. Her stint on True Beauty is icing on the cake for this head-turning stunner from Staten Island, New York, who is featured in the immensely popular 2009 HollywoodPoker Girls Calendar. Laura Leigh, a self-confessed drama queen says she loves the spotlight and that women are always jealous of her, so she prefers men to women. Laura Leigh mischievously admits that she loves instigating drama and enjoys stirring the pot - chances are she will be at the root of every fight on the show. True Beauty is hosted and judged by Vanessa Minnillo (former host of TRL and ET), along with judges Cheryl Tiegs (America's first supermodel, currently designer and author) and Nole Marin (America's Next Top Model and fashion expert for E!, TV Guide, The Tyra Banks Show). In True Beauty Laura Leigh is a survivalist and says she will squash out every contestant to achieve her goal...winning the game. She even admits that she would sell out her best friend for a million dollars, "You can always get new friends, especially with money."  That's precisely why poker barracuda Laura Leigh hits the tables at HollywoodPoker.com whenever she can.

Laura Leigh sat down with HollywoodPoker to talk about ABC's new reality show True Beauty. Here's what the sexy star had to say:

HP:  Tell us how you got involved with the show?

Laura Leigh: My mom first told me about it after she saw a casting listed online. So I submitted my photos and was chosen to schedule an interview. After the interview, I was chosen for the LA call backs, and then finally for the show.

HP:  Had you been pursuing other TV opportunities when you landed this one?

Laura Leigh: Not at the time, but hopefully this will lead to more TV opportunities!

HP:  Tell us about the show?

Laura Leigh: Basically, its 10 hot people living in a fabulous mansion in the Hollywood Hills who are faced with challenges and eliminations. Sure it might seem like every other show out there, but there's a twist. We are all under the impression that it is a beauty competition and think that we are being judged on our looks. What we don't know is that the judges are also evaluating our inner beauty. They do this through sneaky, secret challenges. For example, they have a waiter "accidentally" spill chocolate on us to see how we will react. My poor shoes were covered in chocolate. I looked like a milkshake, and let's just say I failed that little test miserably. Aside from these secret challenges there are real challenges that judge our outer appearance. Each week the judges send someone home and only when that person is eliminated will they find out the truth about the competition.

HP:  What were your expectations going into the show?

Laura Leigh: Going into the show I was definitely excited but also nervous because it's a "reality" TV show. I watch plenty of reality tv and they tend to show people having meltdowns or drunken fistfights instead of them getting along with each other. How the show would portray me was a big concern, but I'm over the nervousness because I went out there and I was myself, and that's a good thing.

HP:  What was filming a reality show like? Laura Leigh: CRAZY! There're cameras in your face from the minute you open your eyes to the minute you close them. I would wake up, see cameras in my face, put my sunglasses on, and roll over. I'm not a big morning person, so the cameras 24/7 definitely took some getting used to. Other than that, it was so fun to have 9 housemates because I've always lived at home in my own room so there's really never a dull moment, especially when I'm around. HP:  Were there any hook ups? Laura Leigh: You gotta watch and see for yourself...Duh!  HP:  Now that you've wrapped the show how do you think you'll be portrayed? Laura Leigh: Well after seeing episode 1, I think it's safe to say that I am going to be portrayed as the ditzy hot girl who doesn't know how to wash the dishes.

HP:  Would you do it again?

Laura Leigh: In a heartbeat.

HP:  Do you plan to watch the show?

Laura Leigh: Of course! Instead of Monday Night Football, there's gonna be lots of Monday Night Laura parties.

HP:  How do you think you look on TV?

Laura Leigh: I think everyone from the show looks great on TV! Especially me!

HP:  Have you received any benefits since the filming?

Laura Leigh: It just aired last night, but so far I have been getting a lot more phone calls and emails about modeling jobs, party hosting, and stuff like that. Hopefully people will recognize me from the show and let me cut them in line too.

HP:  What's next for you?

Laura Leigh: Currently, I am a full-time college student, so I still need to finish up with my Nursing degree. But as far as in the entertainment industry, I would absolutely love doing more TV work, along with modeling of course.
