His next offering to us, adoring fans, will be in up-coming drama, The Express. Based on an inspirational true story of the very first African-American to win a prestigious football award in the 1960's, this movie sees Dennis in the role of legendary Coach Ben Schwartzwalder who saw beyond what the rest of the country thought, teaching phenomenal athlete, Ernie Davis, everything he knew about football and treating him as his own.
Davis would go on to build bridges through his strength, dedication and courage amid the turbulent times that he battled through, becoming nothing less than a legend not only for his incredible work on the field but also his unrelenting spirit that truly inspired a whole nation and beyond.
