Biography

Neil Patrick Harris’ portrayal of breakout character Barney of the hit CBS comedy series How I Met Your Mother has garnered him a nod as one of People’s “Sexiest Men Alive.”  Having previously starred in numerous Broadway productions including the Tony Award-winning Assassins and Proof, he recently garnered rave reviews in the Geffen Playhouse production of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons opposite Len Cariou and Laurie Metcalf.  Neil has received Golden Globe nominations as Doogie Howser, M.D. as well as for his feature debut Clara’s Heart opposite Whoopi Goldberg.  He also starred in the CBS Movie for Television Christmas Blessing, which was the “most viewed telefilm of 2005.”
