Important Advisory for U.S. Players

HollywoodPoker, due to The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act signed into law on October 13th, 2006, has blocked all U.S. players from participating in Real Money games. You still however have the ability to participate in Play Money games at HollywoodPoker.

All Non-U.S. players will not be affected.

Can US players play in the Play money games?
Yes, Play Money games are not impacted.

Can U.S. players still play in freerolls?
No, freerolls are considered Real Money Games.

Will I be able to use my points in the future, when HollywoodPoker once again becomes available to U.S. Players?
Yes, points will remain in your account, if and when we are able to provide Real Money play for U.S. players at such time you will be able to use your points.

Will HollywoodPoker continue to provide Real Money play for Non-U.S. Players?
Yes, for our international players, we will continue to offer Real Money poker, Blackjack, and casino.

If I relocate outside of the U.S., can I still play at HollywoodPoker?
Yes, you will be able to play at HollywoodPoker where allowed by law, however you will need to set up a new player account.

If I'm an international player and am visiting the U.S. can I play for Real Money?
Yes, though some restrictions may apply.

Can I still chat at the HollywoodPoker game lobbies?
No, chat privileges are restricted to real money players only.
